▼Job Responsibilities
[Store Staff]
Assigned to a store, the trainee will learn the basics of daily customer service and cooking operations. After one year, the goal is to be able to perform a full range of duties. Eventually, there will be opportunities to take on store operations and management duties.

- The position will perform hall duties such as guiding customers, taking orders, serving food, accounting at the cash register, and cleaning the restaurant.
- Kitchen duties include food preparation, cooking, serving, and washing dishes.

Monthly salary: 240,000-250,000 yen

Base salary: Approx. 208,420 yen (based on 1,226 yen per hour x 170 hours)
Overtime allowance: 45,975 yen (for 30 hours)
Late-night allowance: 3,065 yen (for 10 hours)
*Varies depending on working hours, shift performance, and minimum wage of the prefecture at the store to which the employee is assigned.

Salary increase: 4 times a year (January, April, July, and October), determined by performance and personal evaluation.
