Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
Cleaning and management of condominiums.

▼Cleaning of common areas and taking out garbage
Watering of plants
Patrols in the condominium
etc.

Cleaning of each floor will be done systematically over the course of a week.
You don't need to worry about the knowledge and procedures required for the work, as you can learn them carefully through training.

You will be in charge of an 11-story, 40-unit rental apartment building in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
First of all, you should be able to greet residents in a cheerful and energetic manner so that they can spend a pleasant stay!
